1 Introduction and Applicability

baji win is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, casino games and other related services. These terms apply to every person who uses baji win's services through the website, mobile application or any other channel.

3 Age Restriction and Identity Verification

All baji win services are exclusively for persons aged 21 or over. No one under this age is permitted to use any service.

baji win may at any time request a copy of a government-issued ID, national identity card or passport to confirm a Member's age and identity. Failure to provide the required documents in time may result in the account and associated balance being temporarily suspended.

If a minor creates an account using false information, all their transactions will be considered void and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

The approved methods for depositing and withdrawing funds on baji win are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours from the time of submission, though delays may occur if identity verification is in progress.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

baji win offers various bonuses and promotions. Each offer is subject to specific terms and the Member must meet the relevant conditions.

The welcome bonus for new members is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; before withdrawing the bonus, ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered.

• The validity period for using a bonus is stated in the terms of each offer.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus twice may result in account suspension.
• baji win reserves the right to modify, cancel or amend any bonus.
• Any suspicious bonus activity may result in an account review.

6 Betting and Casino Game Rules

In sports betting, markets may be suspended or changed during or before an event due to technical errors or data feed issues. In such cases, baji win reserves the right to void or re-evaluate the affected bets.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Bets placed at odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error may be voided.
• The RTP (Return to Player) rate for casino games varies by game and may change over time.
• If unusual betting patterns are detected within a given period, the account may be reviewed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. baji win reserves the right to immediately close any account and forfeit its balance if any of these are carried out:

• Bonus arbitrage or abuse of the bonus system.
• Registering or transacting using fraudulent information.
• Depositing funds from illegal sources or money laundering.
• Using automated bots or software to bet or play games.
• Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
• Selling or transferring account access to a third party.

8 Account Suspension and Closure Policy
